Forbidden Knowledge Network Advertising Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service govern advertising campaigns, audio-production services, and related purchases from the Forbidden Knowledge Network.

By purchasing a campaign, approving an advertisement, submitting campaign materials, or authorizing work to begin, the advertiser agrees to these Terms of Service.

1. About the Forbidden Knowledge Network

The Forbidden Knowledge Network is an independent audio network with more than 100 podcasts.

Its programming includes true crime, history, mysteries, business, news, education, audiobooks, sleep stories, old-time radio, forbidden knowledge, unexplained phenomena, survival, paranormal stories, myths, legends, and related subjects.

The network offers paid audio-advertising campaigns across eligible podcasts and episodes.

2. Advertising Packages

Current standard packages include:

Introductory Ad Test — $20

Starter Campaign — $250

Growth Campaign — $750

Network Campaign — $1,500

Prices and package features are those displayed at the time of purchase unless different terms are confirmed in writing.

3. Optional Services

Optional services may include:

Optional services must be purchased or approved before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before campaign production, scheduling, or delivery begins unless alternative written terms have been approved.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

Advertisers must not send complete credit-card or banking details by email.

Prices are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

The advertiser is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, processing costs, or other legally required charges.

The advertiser must provide accurate and complete information, including:

The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that all submitted claims, prices, offers, endorsements, testimonials, trademarks, music, voices, scripts, graphics, and other materials are accurate and lawfully authorized.

The advertiser must promptly notify us if any claim, link, price, offer, product availability, or legal requirement changes before or during the campaign.

6. Advertising Approval

All advertisements are subject to review and approval.

The Forbidden Knowledge Network may reject, pause, remove, or request changes to advertising that includes or promotes:

Approval of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement of the advertiser, product, service, or claims.

7. Campaign Placement

Podcast and episode selection is determined using reasonable judgment based on:

Guaranteed impressions may be distributed across multiple podcasts, episodes, platforms, dates, and placements.

The Forbidden Knowledge Network may adjust placements when reasonably necessary to complete delivery or maintain content suitability.

8. Campaign Timing

Campaigns begin after:

9. Impression Measurement

An impression generally means one qualifying delivery, download, stream, insertion, or other recognized advertising event reported through an applicable podcast hosting, distribution, advertising, or analytics system.

Different platforms may measure impressions using different technical standards.

Campaign reports and delivery confirmation may rely on data supplied by third-party podcast hosting, advertising, distribution, or analytics providers.

Minor reporting differences, delays, filtering, or adjustments may occur.

10. No Guarantee of Business Results

The Forbidden Knowledge Network guarantees only the advertising impressions specifically included in the purchased package.

We do not guarantee:

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the product, offer, script, voice, landing page, price, reputation, audience fit, timing, and customer experience.

11. Audio Production and Revisions

When audio production is included or purchased:

The advertiser is responsible for reviewing names, pronunciations, links, prices, legal disclosures, and factual claims before final approval.

12. Campaign Changes

Requested changes after scheduling or production has begun may result in:

13. Cancellation and Refund Policy

An advertiser may request a full refund before production, scheduling, or campaign delivery begins.

Once production, scheduling, or delivery has started, payments are generally nonrefundable.

Audio-production charges are nonrefundable after production work begins.

Rush fees, completed revisions, custom work, and completed advertisement versions are nonrefundable.

If the Forbidden Knowledge Network cannot deliver all purchased impressions, it may provide either:

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Stripe supports full or partial refunds after successful payments, subject to applicable processing rules.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Advertisers should contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback does not remove the advertiser’s responsibility for valid services already delivered.

We may provide invoices, campaign records, communications, approvals, reports, and other documentation to the payment processor when responding to a dispute.

15. Prohibited Conduct

Advertisers may not:

Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and work already completed.

16. Intellectual Property

The advertiser retains ownership of materials it submits, subject to the license granted below.

The advertiser grants the Forbidden Knowledge Network a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

the submitted advertising materials as reasonably necessary to create, deliver, document, and support the campaign.

The Forbidden Knowledge Network retains ownership of its podcasts, branding, systems, production materials, templates, reports, and original creative work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. Confidentiality

We will use reasonable care when handling nonpublic campaign information.

18. Third-Party Services

The services may rely on:

We are not responsible for third-party outages, reporting delays, policy changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Forbidden Knowledge Network will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational harm, or loss of data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from a campaign will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected campaign.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply in every situation.

20. Indemnification

The advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Forbidden Knowledge Network and its owners, contractors, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

21. Suspension or Termination

We may pause, reject, or terminate a campaign when reasonably necessary because of:

22. Force Majeure

The Forbidden Knowledge Network is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including:

These Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the selected package description, the invoice or payment page, and any written campaign confirmation form the agreement between the advertiser and the Forbidden Knowledge Network.

Any conflicting term must be approved in writing.

26. Severability

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
